We want you to be happy with your order, and we’d rather help you get the fit right before you buy than sort it out afterwards. Gap size and shape vary a lot from car to car, so please check yours first with the fit guide, the Measure Your Gap tool or the free Gap Check Card. You’re welcome to send us your car’s year, make, model and measurements and we’ll tell you what we know before you order.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, message us through the contact form with your order number, the email you used at checkout and a photo of the problem. We’ll replace it or refund you.
Returns within 30 days
You can ask to return an item within 30 days of delivery, including if you change your mind or it does not fit your car. Please contact us first with your order number and the email you used at checkout, and we will tell you how to send it back. We still suggest measuring before you order and writing to us if you are unsure.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the payment method you used for the original purchase.
