Our Car Seat Gap Filler (Pair)
Best for: people who want to measure their gap before they buy.
A pair of foam strips with a wipe-clean leather-look finish, each 40.9 cm (about 16 in) long, 6.5 cm (about 2.5 in) wide and 3.3 cm thick. It hangs in the gap, comes in black, beige, red or brown, and is $24.95 for the pair with free US shipping and 30-day returns. Our free measuring tool uses one photo and a bank card to show whether the filler will fill your gap before you order.
Worth knowing: it is a gap filler only, with no pockets or cup holder, and it will not hold in a gap wider than 6.5 cm.

We are in the process of reviewing products.
We will add other car seat gap fillers here once we have looked at each one properly. Until then, you can measure your gap or read our guides to see what to look for.
How to choose
- Measure first. Width decides what fits. Most gap fillers have a stated gap range, and no filler fits every gap.
- Pick the job. Just blocking the gap: a soft strip. Storage or a cup holder: an organizer or caddy.
- Keep the buckle free and check that the seat moves fully forward, back and through its recline range.
- Check your owner’s manual for anything about the space beside the seat, including airbags.
